Reggie Cole

Reggie Cole was convicted of murder based on falsified testimony by an alleged eyewitness to the crime.  The alleged eyewitness later admitted that he falsified testimony because he ran a brothel at the scene of the crime.  He further admitted he never actually witnessed the crime.  An article, and later book, written by an LA Times reporter who was imbedded with the detectives investigating the case led to evidence of Reggie’s innocence that was not disclosed at the time of trial.  For more information about Reggie’s case go to: https://californiainnocenceproject.org/read-their-stories/reggie-cole/
