BG

BG was wrongfully accused of the molestation of two children he had been babysitting.  The alleged incident occurred when he himself was only 12 years old.  The children, 8 and 6 years old, made up the story because they were mad at BG for telling their mother they had been misbehaving.  The California Innocence Project investigated BG’s case, and when he was granted a successful appeal, represented him on retrial.  On retrial, BG took a plea to a misdemeanor charge to avoid any custody time and avoid a lifetime of sex offense registration.
